YOGA NIDRA, THE YOGA OF SLEEP

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique to induce the transition between conscious waking and deep sleep. Through the practice of Yogic Sleep, you drop into a sleep-like state similar to lucid dreaming. In this course taught at Sa Garrofa, our rural property in Begur (Costa Brava) isolated on the forest, you will learn the basic stages of the process in order to embrace it.

With the purpose of practicing Yoga Nidra by your own, during two days and a half, you will reconnect with yourself and consequently you will be able to put your concerns aside and focus on what really matters, so you can channel stress and learn to manage your emotions.
