Sa Garrofa is starting a new project by introducing one-day programs at the weekend. A day for your soul, on and A day for your body. The program’s main goal is to develop three main areas points or as Marta Puig would say “to plant three seeds in your heart”.
- Create purpose in life from the mere fact of being and not from our societal and familial expectations or the times in which we are living.
- Face to face with the finitude of existence; facing death to live fully.
- Develop the ability to love; feeling empathy and compassion.
El trabajo a realizar se sostiene en técnicas de Kriya yoga; técnicas ancestrales basadas en la tradición Chamánica Bon, que nos lleva a los tiempos anteriores al budismo tibetano.
We base our work on Kriya Yoga techniques, whose origins go way back to the Bon religion; prevalent in Tibet before the times of Buddhism.
We have fused this ancestral faith with advances brought to us by neuroscience and transpersonal psychology.
These two-day programs are based on the certainty that we are all spirits. Practicing spiritual exercises, such as breathing, fasting, silence, meditation and states of trance, can help us get in touch with the spiritual realm. Working with them in unison can even generate expanded states of consciousness, where the person can experience new and more comprehensive levels of life beyond his or her own physical reality.
To fully benefit from thìs experience, the program also aims to develop your personality by helping you increase your patience, independence, kindness, joy, pleasure and empathy. We understand, thanks to views brought to us by the West, that to make the most from these mystical experiences, it is crucial to develop one’s personality at the same time. Neglecting your personality, not only stops you from being empowered by these spiritual experiences but could induce alienation, neurosis and even physiopathological alterations.
SOUL & BODY
A day for your soul and A day for your body aim to align the expanded states of consciousness with the growth of your personality. To achieve that, we will use breathing techniques, sound exercises, improve your diet and introduce conversational therapies.
